no one spoke english. the breakfast was not acceptable. the staff were unfriendly

the staff was not speaking English and I thought was open puff but was not , they just give one egg, some chips , bread, ,small pack on honey,chocolate, jam in one plat and cold tea. I have agreed to pay at the hotel but they took money from my card plus the bank charge me as well for money exchange.
